A preformative evaluation is carried out upstream of the course. It allows the assessment of needs, the verification of prerequisites and the individualization and personalization of training. Learning is measured throughout the training course and gives rise to the drafting of a skills book. The satisfaction assessment is carried out in the middle and at the end of the course.
