Valid claims require the end user to first resolve all non-cable and non-connectivity related hardware causes.
Warranty claims will be made immediately to the original Certified Installer / Integrator or to the Manufacturer's local representative. The person making the claim must present proof of the guarantee.
Repair or replacement of the System due to component failure will be performed only after the manufacturer has reviewed and verified that the system does not meet the ratified link / channel performance standards and in effect at the time of installation before removing, replacing, or repairing any defective Product from the System.
