Gold Support includes a free annual calibration and is available at Fluke Networks Authorized Service Centers. By subscribing to the premium model, you can use the rental machine during the calibration period (advance reservation required) and eliminate downtime during the calibration period.
Your equipment is precisely calibrated to factory specifications (with calibration certificate and calibration data traceable to national standards-pre-calibration data at an additional charge). Calibration is performed using Fluke Networks' proprietary set of test procedures, adjusted / repaired with genuine repair parts as needed, and software and firmware updates are applied. The typical time required for calibration is about one week. (Note: Calibration may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the congestion level of the service request. It is recommended to request in advance with sufficient calibration period.)
