In Italy, during the construction of the electrical system, the system data is also created by the electrician, who is often unaware of the regulations such as EN 50173, EN 50174, CEI 306 (with the relative appendices) or ISO / IEC 11801 and realizes a non-compliant structured cabling, not carrying out the appropriate certifications, but only checking the continuity of the cable, without measuring fundamental parameters such as NEXT, without verifying that the maximum length of the cable in the horizontal or floor cabling complies with the regulations, check the radius of cable bending, etc.
These are just some of the many situations that usually create problems at the plant level, because they do not reflect the flexibility, characteristics and quality of a network made in a workmanlike manner, as required by the regulations in force!
