The manufacturer draws up a declaration in the form established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;the document is submitted to an accredited certification body for registration in the State Register.
It should be noted that the applicant company is responsible for the information entered in the declaration, and not the certifying organization, as is the case with the certificate. Thus, the manufacturer is responsible for the quality of the products.
