The registered declaration of conformity for cable products is valid only on the territory of the Russian Federation. The declaration of cables, wires and cords is carried out with the participation of a third party - an accredited testing laboratory.
It is impossible to accept the declaration on its own grounds: in any case, it is required to submit to the certification body the test reports carried out by the specialists of the accredited laboratory.
The basis for issuing a certificate both in the system and in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Union, as well as registering a declaration, is full compliance with the established safety requirements.
